Terms and Conditions
All bookings and continued use of services, confirmed or pending, are subject to Country Dogs terms and conditions. The terms and conditions set out an agreement between you the owner and Country Dogs the service provider.
1- Dogs do not have to be vaccinated but please be aware not all dogs are vaccinated and any potential exposure is at your own risk.
2- No bitches in season can attend class for 3 weeks, no refund can be given if classes are missed.
3- Do not bring your dog to class if they have had vomiting, diarrhoea or coughing in the last 24hrs.
4- Pet insurance is recommended, owners are responsible for all vet bills, no matter how they are incurred.
5- We accept no responsibility for loss of, or injury to, your dog whilst training with us.
6- All dogs must be kept on a secure lead whilst training with us, unless advised otherwise by a member of staff.
7- No slip leads, prong collars, check chains or electric collars to be used at all. Flat collars or comfy harnesses are recommended.
8- All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by and adult, and not interfere with others, at all times.
9- We believe in using kind handing at all times and that positive reinforcement is the most effective way to train dogs. We will not allow dogs to be forcefully or harshly handled, or intimidated, during training. Including the use of training tools.
10- We hold no responsibility for any damage to vehicle or property.
11- Training sessions may be held outside, dressing suitably, including footwear, is recommended.
12- We must be advised of any behavioural problems prior to booking.
13- We must be advised of any medical conditions prior to booking.
14- Payment must be made within one week of arranging your booking, if payment is not received your booking will be released to other clients.
15- A minimum of 1 week notice is needed for cancellation on a course of classes or a behavioural modification consultation, no refund can be given under this time.
16- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of 121 training, day training and behavioural services. No refund can be given under this time.
17- Country Dogs holds the right to rearrange or cancel sessions at short notice due to adverse weather conditions.
18- Day training clients must provide all items necessary for dogs to be adequately cared for in the owners absence (tagged collar, harness, lead, treats, muzzle, towel).
19- Day training clients must provide the name of your dogs vet and a phone number of someone capable of making decisions for your dog in an emergency.
20- Country Dogs can use photo and video material of your dog for website and social media content unless advised otherwise.
